15-Day Return Policy
At Paamaa Kitchen, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used kitchen tools
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard returns procedure.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
